Weather Emergency Group is a privately operated organization specializing in detailed, customized weather intelligence for fire departments, law enforcement, emergency management, and public safety agencies across Southwest Missouri, Northwest Arkansas, and Northeast Oklahoma. Our services go beyond standard public forecasts—delivering targeted insights and real-time support designed specifically for emergency responders.
Founded by Cade Woolaway, a meteorologist with experience from the University of Oklahoma's School of Meteorology and working towards a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Missouri, WEG bridges the gap between atmospheric science and operational emergency response. Cade's background in firefighting and emergency services informs every forecast, ensuring that critical weather information is communicated in a way that responders can immediately act upon.
We understand the stakes—because we've been there. Whether it's tracking severe storms, monitoring wildfire conditions, or providing decision support during critical incidents, WEG is committed to keeping our partner agencies informed and prepared.
